Won't be ordering again
I ordered twice and both times there were significant delivery issues. The first time only 1 of the 2 boxes were delivered. No communication from Actiph. I had to chase them to find out that a box had been damaged in transit, and I had to chase again to find out when the replacement would be delivered. More issues with the second order which resulted in a complaint to Actiph. I sent the complaint addressed to the Manager 2 weeks ago, no-one bothered to reply.
Update 15.02.24 in reply to Actiph Water's response:
No-one from Actiph Water has contacted me since, especially since you have not requested my email address nor my order details, so that's a lie! Also your response doesn't excuse the fact that I still had to chase you repeatedly for a second delivery date once I informed you that my order was missing.
Why do customers have to contact you about missing/faulty deliveries? As an internet based business you should be checking orders have arrived safely, contacting customers if not. It seems you are happy to take our money but don't care if we receive the goods. Judging by the numerous bad reviews, missing and broken Actiph packages happen all the time. Why would you employ a delivery service who regularly break your products and don't tell you about it?
Also from research, I've discovered that your method of creating ionised water is not good and there are better options out there.
I do not recommend Actiph Water, they obviously don't care about their customers.
Further to my earlier update in light of Actiph's response 16.02.24:
So you admit that you received my complaint but still chose to ignore it. This firmly falls into the 'don't care' category.
What do you call a company who keep saying they have contacted you when they have not? Nothing in my spam folder. I have not received notification of a refund either...... I think that fully justifies my use of the word 'liar'.

Disappointing Experience with Actiph Water - Customer Service and Delivery Issues
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Actiph Water. After making my purchase, I was looking forward to trying their product. However, my order never arrived. Upon contacting the delivery company, I was informed that my package was damaged in transit. They advised me to reach out to Actiph Water for resolution.
Regrettably, my attempts to communicate with Actiph Water have been met with silence. Despite several emails seeking assistance and a resolution, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and customer support is extremely frustrating.
It’s disheartening when a company does not stand behind their delivery process or engage with customers facing issues. A simple acknowledgment and proactive approach to resolving such matters would greatly enhance the customer experience.
I am left feeling neglected as a customer and would caution others about the potential challenges of dealing with Actiph Water, especially regarding their customer service and handling of delivery issues.

Refreshing! Happy tummy 😋
Great water, certainly helped to alter digestion, not that I had issues but I know my tummy is somewhat happy and Im sure less bloating! Been taking for one month now. So refreshing and thirst quenching. Handy having a monthly subscription too. Can I also add - we had two lots of water jugs with subscription filters, they're both away in the top cupboard and filters are in the bin!

My Rehydrate Mate
I am a heavy weekend beer drinker and have recently discovered the amazing benefits of drinking 2 x 600mm bottles a day. Hangover gone in half the usual time and the rehydration process nailed !! Amazon always supply me 24 x 600mm at £23.99 so £1 a bottle which I think is reasonable for this gem of a product. My overall wellbeing is better too and I'm 60 next year. Cheers to Actiph !!

Actiph is alkaline ionised water made from Shropshire spring water with added electrolytes, and ionised to pH 9+. Many of our consumers report reduced symptoms of acid reflux, improved energy levels, clearer complexion, and more, and many just enjoy the clean, refreshing taste. Of course, it won't be for everybody, and we're sorry to hear that it wasn't for you.
We're also sorry to hear that you feel the price is too high. Unfortunately, the innovative production process required to create Actiph means that it costs about 5 times as much to produce compared to a regular bottled spring water. This in turn leads to a higher price than a regular bottled water, but it also produces a more premium product. Again, we know that this won't be to everyone's taste and totally appreciate that for you this higher price doesn't feel worth it. Our apologies once again that we didn't hit the mark for you, but thank you for giving Actiph a try and we wish you all the best for the future. The Actiph Team

Hi Scott,
I can confirm that our water is bottled at pH 9 or higher. If you test the pH at home using pH strips you will unfortunately not receive an accurate result as they do not work in water that has been purified - they are measuring the pH of impurities in liquids, rather than the liquid itself. Because Actiph Water is purified through reverse osmosis at the beginning of its process, it does not have these impurities and will therefore return a neutral reading. This is a common problem we receive as most people use this testing method.
If you were to use pH drops you would find that Actiph turns dark blue, indicating a pH of 9 or higher. In case it helps, this video shows a very basic test demonstrating how pH drops react in lemonade, regular water and Actiph: https://vimeo.com/479830581
The most effective way to test is with a calibrated pH meter, as is the regulatory standard in our industry. We test all of our productions to ensure the pH is as expected and are required to do so to guarantee the shelf life of our product.
