The DPD Driver refused to deliver at…

The DPD Driver refused to deliver at concierge for reason unknown and has been no second attempt to redeliver it. If it’s not redelivered, I will cancel my subscription. But the monthly nuisance of the whims of dpd driver remains :(

Took forever to arrive...

After 3 weeks and 3 emails they refunded the money as the drinks never came - eventually they did come 3 and 1/2 weeks after buying them and they were really nice, but I would never purchase them again because I wouldn't want to wait that long for them again. The customer service was very quick and polite but not in any way helpful. Promised to give an update and didnt, said they'd resend and be by friday and then didnt arrive again. Just never followed through with what they said. Gave me 20% off next purchase without even receiving the first one. Would rather the one I paid for came lol but the drinks were very nice if you can purchase them not from their website I would get them again and I guess I did get them for free in the end so cant complain. But would rather had paid for them and come within 3 days like the website said...

Thank you for delivering the water again. I did not receive my last batch of water so I emailed Actiph to find out where it had gone. I got a reply from Charlotte very quickly to say that it had got broken in transit so Charlotte resent and added 10% discount on my next batch of water next month. Great customer service.Thank you

I've had a look back through your previous orders and can see that your most recent one was indeed delayed, with the order placed on the 22nd and not arriving with you until the 27th, where it should have arrived by the 25th. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this delay and any inconvenience caused.

For your orders prior to the most recent, these have all arrived within our 3 working day window:

- Ordered Friday April 22, delivered Tuesday April 26
- Ordered Tuesday March 22, delivered Friday March 25
- Ordered Tuesday Feb 22, delivered Thursday Feb 24
- Ordered Saturday Jan 22, delivered Wednesday Jan 26

Please let me know if this has not been the case so I can investigate immediately.

For clarity, your order renews on the 22nd of each month and therefore should be with you by 25/26th depending on how the weekends and bank holidays fall. Hope this helps and apologies again for any inconvenience.

Hi Dean, would we be right to assume you tested using pH strips?

If so, the reason you're recording a neutral reading is because pH strips do not work in water that has been purified. Actiph is purified through reverse osmosis at the beginning of its manufacturing process. If you were to test using a calibrated pH meter, as is the regulatory standard in our industry, you'd receive a reading of over 9. As a cheaper alternative, you can also test using pH drops which, when added to your Actiph Water, will turn a deep blue/purple colour, again indicative of a pH of 9+.

Rest assured, the water in your bottle of Actiph is pH 9 or above. We are required to regularly test and keep samples from productions for up to 2 years in order to guarantee the shelf life of the product. If it were not the pH advertised on the front of the bottle, we wouldn't legally be able able to sell it.

I'm currently pregnant and struggling to take "tablet" forms of vitamins due to sickness. Knowing that I have everything I need in this water (which also helps when I feel nauseous) is everything!
