NDIS funded killers

The neglected my fathers care to the point he died. Stole money from his state trustee account while he paid for services out of his account and ndis funds
And once the coroner begun investigation and ndis commissioner investigation begun they have now blocked my number and refused access to collect my fathers belongings and aren’t cooperating with police
I wouldn’t let them look after a stray dog let alone a loved one.

Hi Samantha,
We are extremely saddened by the passing of your father, and we understand that this is a deeply distressing time for you and your family. However, the statements being circulated are inaccurate and serious in nature. We therefore feel it is important to provide clarification.

Our staff provided your father with consistent, high-quality care, respect, and attention for the entire duration of his support with us. Once he was admitted to hospital, we were instructed to place all support on hold temporarily and cease all contact, which occurred approximately one month prior to his passing. Any suggestion that our organisation neglected him “to the point of death” is not only incorrect and unfounded, but deeply upsetting for the staff who cared for him.

All financial transactions made from your father’s personal accounts were authorised by him and used exclusively for his care and everyday living needs. Any invoicing submitted to the State Trustees was also completed strictly in accordance with his approved financial plan and the items outlined in his service agreement. Every expenditure has been fully documented and there has been no mismanagement or misappropriation of funds by our organisation.

In recent communications, our staff were subjected to threatening and abusive behaviour by yourself and your partner. For the wellbeing and safety of our employees, we requested that any collection of belongings occur in the presence of police or another authorised representative. This measure was requested proactively by us, not to obstruct access, but to ensure the process is handled calmly and appropriately.

We respect that grief can manifest as frustration and anger. However, making public allegations of theft and neglect without evidence unfairly harms dedicated staff who cared for your father and could interfere with active investigative processes.

We remain committed to full transparency with the Coroner and the NDIS Commission, who are the correct authorities to determine all matters of care, conduct, and record-keeping.
We trust their thorough review will provide factual clarity and resolution.

Should you wish to discuss any concern constructively, we encourage communication through the formal and respectful channels already established.

Regards,
Activate Community Services Team

Supportive management

Working with them as a disability support worker and depending on what services they provide to a participant. Great team and managed by a supportive management.
