Called them up on Saturday then again on Sunday after I went to the mobile phone shop and called them back and I said it's not the phone it's the virus McAfee was no help at all they said we can't help U to remove any malware or anything . Crazy but my advice is dont buy it as they are no help at all none .

I wish all customer services were like McAfee
Subscription auto renewed. Contacted support by phone. Sorted and refunded within minutes.
Only cancelled subscription as have retired from teaching, closed down my computer and never want one back in the house again!
McAfee kept me safe online at all times. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend support McAfee offer in the package for free
We had some difficulty getting our computers to accept the McAfee , so we phoned the customer support team and we had a wonderful lady help us through the whole process that we were having difficulty with.
Not all generations are confident at doing this but she was very patient and kind and gave us the confidence.
I wished I could send her flowers to thank her, she spent over an hour with us, but with her support we will definitely be signing up again with McAfee

I think I was just scammed by McAfee
I decided to buy Office 365 from Amazon as it included 15 months subscription for 12 PLUS McAfee on 5 devices. McAfee operate accounts that are accessed via emails and passwords so they know I have a subscription and yet, despite paying Amazon for it, they tried to take my card details for renewal in May 24. I was asked to confirm the payment and then I noticed that McAfee had already taken £99 which was also for 5 devices. Their is an online support for requesting a refund but it defaults to a statement and offers no refund option. This is poor so now I must approach Amazon and my car company and terminate my involvement with what is like a legitimised scam!
