We worked with Activate Swag when it was WEP packaging and after it switched to Activate Swag. We were going through a re-brand and wanted to source all of our new packaging through them as our broker. To begin the process, we were required to send a 30% deposit ($24,000USD). After a lengthy process (9 months) of receiving poor-quality samples and a drop in customer service, we decided to cancel the contract and request a refund. After countless emails and calls, they sent a "show of goodwill" payment of $2,500. A month later after further follow-up and chasing, they sent an additional $2,500. That was several weeks ago and now none of their phone numbers are in service and they will not respond to emails. We are beyond disappointed and advise everyone to stay away and never to work with Patrick Lowenthal, the extremely unprofessional and disrespectful CEO.
