I had a non standard issue when it came to downloading the softwae I had bought. Despite the fact that the website informed me that there might be a day or two delay in replying, I received a reply within 21 minutes. Followed the instructions and all went well.

What an amazing company
What an amazing company, i originally ordered office 365, it would not load on my daughters computer due to some s mode, even after lots of simple breakdowns, then they changed it to office 2016 and it works a dream, took a couple of months to sort out because i was so busy, they were so patient with me, thank you so much again

I dont recommend
I dont recommend, I purchased Microsoft office pro but all I got was a link that sets up an account in someone else’s name that uses the online version that I could use for free anyway. Can’t be secure and support was no help at all.
Suppose you get what you pay for, but looks like these do very well out of it.
