Hi just had my annual boiler service and as usual Tom did another top job, very happy and can highly recommend active plumbing &heating. Terence stone .

Last week John of Active Plumbing and Heating installed a new Worcester Boiler for us, replacing our 21 year old Potterton.
He did a fantastic job , which was not entirely straight forward, as it involved changing the location for the new boiler from downstairs to an airing cupboard in the bathroom upstairs.
John is hugely knowledgeable and experienced and also very helpful and nice. He explained everything as he went along and in the end even rebuilt the original shelves in the airing cupboard, so that we would not lose any much needed storage space.
It would be difficult to imagine having somebody better to do the job.
John was assisted by his apprentice Tomy, who already shows great promise and is an equally nice person.

The team were so approachable and friendly from the start. They did a great job on putting in new boiler and radiators offering advice and solutions as needed. Tidy workers who also worked hard to complete the job on schedule. The boys even went the extra mile to help me move some heavy items that werent to do with the plumbing! Emma in the office is an excellent addition to the service, so responsive and personable. I would recommend these guys to everyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

John installed new taps in my bathroom recently and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, John was nothing short of superb. He was friendly, professional and punctual, and always sort to get me the best deal. I will definitely be using John for more work- he is the best!

Active installed our new boiler and it was service this month by Tom. Excellent. Very extensive. Highly recommend Active. Old fashioned service still the best. Active support apprentices and having been one I applaud them for that. Go for it. Jim

Excellent service from a company that values its customers. As a new customer, I was surprised at the speed of email responses and appointment. Further at the appointment the engineer took every care and in my opinion went beyond. Would certainly recommend and use again myself. Others should learn how they operate and execute.

Both Martyn and Alex at the Trowbridge branch have been incredibly helpful, guiding me through a range of different products needed for my new bathroom re-fit. They are both so knowledgeable, courteous and professional in their approach. I really appreciate the excellent advice and support they've given me, both in person and on the phone, during the decision making process.

What a fantastic team! Tom, who initially came and gave the quote for new radiators throughout the house and also helped us with our water pressure while he was visiting.
Nikki is super organised and efficient and made the process run smoothly.

I called in this morning to see if I could get a new tap gland for a old tap this particular one was not in stock. I needed to change a washer as the tap was dripping but the screw head was damaged and i couldn’t take out the old washer. Tom the man who served me was brilliant he took the part out to the back and when he returned he had managed to remove the damaged screw and fitted a new washer and screw he also polished the gland and would not accept any payment as he said it was just a washer and screw. Thank you Tom i owe you a drink 👍 I’m looking to buy a new water softener so i will definitely talk to you for advice.

Mystery small wet patch appeared on living room ceiling. Called called Tom and the crew. John arrived within 24 hrs and found the difficult to find leak. Leak was fixed within a day or so. This is a busy time for the team but they fitted us in cleverly. John worked until he had fixed the leak on Friday evening even though he was due to watch his team Brentford v Arsenal later. We got the leak stopped and Brentford won. Result! Thanks again Tom and the team.

We had to change the date for our two boilers to be seviced which Active did very readily.
