I use this company all the time for my staff checks. Always find the results come back fairly quickly and customer support quick to respond to problems. You have to put money in your account BEFORE you submit the information which can be a little confusing but once this is done, easy website to use.
Very user unfriendly website. Thought I had submitted my application as the money had left my bank account. Turns out the form was still "unsubmitted". When I called to check two weeks later, the number on my confirmation email it was unrecognised. Help boxes on the dashboard have only lorem ipsum placeholder text. Now I could be waiting another 60 days to hear back. Won't be using this firm for staff DBS checks again.
