Disappointed by customer service
Recent purchase of a skincare product online. The product itself looks amazing and time will tell with effect on my skin
I'm disappointed about their customer service. They've charged me express shipping but did not dispatch the product in the timeframe to meet the requested express delivery. What's disappointing is that they didn't let me know about delays until I asked (days after expected delivery date). They even went onto say the product had been dispatched when it hadn't (email notifications to track order).
They ignored my request for a refund on the express shipping cost.
I won't be purchasing their products again.

Best Value for Money
There are a lot of skincare products on the market but based on value and effectiveness of the the brand's products, you can't beat ActiveDrip. I tried the Retinol Anti-Wrinkle Serum and was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. Planning to try many more of their products.

Happy with my choice
I'm very happy to have discovered this unique new skincare brand! I bought only the niacinamide serum, but after trying it, I couldn't resist getting more. The texture is very pleasant, without irritating fragrances and with good ingredients. After 2 weeks, I noticed my skin improving from acne, so I additionally purchased the retinol serum and moisturizing cream. The retinol is helping to smooth my skin, and the moisturizer's pump function pleasantly surprised me, preventing bacteria from entering the entire cream bottle and thus protecting against pimples. Fully satisfied, recommend it!
