Active for All are fantastic. From the straightforward booking to the amazing range of activities and the wonderful staff. Cannot fault them in any way.

I've used a holiday club at Hythe Primary - Active For All since 2021 when we relocated to Hants. The club has since opened an after school club at Beaulieu Primary allowing the school to offer wrap around care allowing parents to work fulltime and have access to a fantastic well led school and a fun after school club for their children. Sadly this is our last year at Beaulieu. My 10 year old thoroughly enjoys spending time at the club. And doesnt mind helping with the very young ones. I find the Active team to be engaging, interested in their role and offer stimulating activities for the children. I find it's fantastic value for money. I have previously owned 2 Good Ofsted registered childcare facilities, this one is fantastic.

My son loves attending the holiday camp at Hythe Primary.

He is always complimentary on the staff and has made friends of all ages that he looks forwarding to seeing each time.

My son has really enjoyed him self. I highly recommend the club

The customer service I've received from Active For All, around the middle of January 2024 has been second to none! Absolutely amazing! - I've contacted them via Facebook, then again via the phones and every time they spoke to me - they were beyond patient with me (I suffer with social anxiety and find it hard to speak to people) , they explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, nothing was ever too much trouble for them either. I also had to speak to someone in the finance department - who went above and beyond for me and it was because of her that my son was able to attend club (at short notice) which in turn meant I could start my new job without the threat of having no childcare and for that i am truly grateful!

My son has since attended the after-school care club for the last two weeks - and I'm extremely grateful for the kind hearted lady who was in charge of running that club - shout out to Miss B! My son absolutely adores Miss B, she made my son feel so welcome and included which is reassuring to see as I know my son does struggle with trusting people.. but he trusted Miss B from the off. When asked what the best bit about club is... My son responds with " the teacher.. Miss B"

Every member of staff at Active for All are a credit to the company.

I never usually write reviews but since I looked at these reviews before signing my children up to a half term holiday camp with Active for All; and since our experience didn't match up with the positive reviews, I felt it was important to put this out there.
Having passed on my son's allergy information ahead of time and been assured on the day that care would be taken with regards to meal time, I was very unhappy to hear that the coaches distributed food to my son that he was allergic to. Thankfully his big brother was there to notice and point it out to the coaches. Allergies can be fatal, better procedures should be put in place!
On the first day of pick up, the gate to the school was open and a little girl was all by herself outside (the front door to the school was also open, and no coaches in the reception area, just a couple of children). When the coach came back, a parent pointed out the little girl outside and the coach went out to lead her back in. I was shocked to say the least as she could have just wandered out on the road, she looked only 5 or 6 years old.
From an activities point of view, the provision was not great. Both my boys said they got quite bored, and on the second day, my son had watched 3 Disney movies! It seems for a large portion of the afternoon movies are shown for those who want. I was not sending my children here for them to be stuck in front of a screen, I was expecting them to be active or playing with other children. At the other holiday camps they attended there were much more varied activities and no TV. Providing board games or some other multisports would be much more beneficial to the children. Really disappointed. My children attended 3 days and didn't go back for the 2 other days they were booked in. If I wanted them in front of a screen all day I could just keep them home. Every day the activities are the same (the only choices for each day were: football, movie, lego, drawing, pedal go karts), there isn't enough variety and it just gets boring. Such a shame, some other providers do a much better job.

My son loves Holiday club with Active for All at Whiteley Primary.

There is so much do to for the children. Its in a safe place. The staff are amazing and so helpful. My daughter started attending active for all when she was in the infants. she is now in year 5. Perfect place for children to come and have fun.

My son loves going to summer camp, there are many physical activities, useful games with friends from everywhere and of many ages. The time is also very comfortable so we can drop off and pick up my son. Looking forward to the next time with Active for all.Thank you very much to the teachers at the summer camp.

My son has been attending these holiday clubs for nearly 5 years and loves them. The team are enthusiastic and engaging with the children, really on the ball and work hard to get to know the kids. Their safeguarding policies are great.
We tried another club closer to home a year ago and it fell incredibly short of their standards - acting more as a babysitting group with bored staff.. we quickly returned to Active for All!
The team are very responsive to emails and calls, always friendly, polite and normal people!!

Our son loves breakfast club, and though he's always anxious about after school club, when I pick him up he's always smiling. The staff are friendly and always happy to have a chat. I feel comfortable leaving him in their care.

My son has attended holiday camp a handful of times, and really enjoys it! The staff always go the extra mile to make sure your children have fun whilst staying safe.
My son would often come out telling me about all the different activities that he has done!
He will continue to attend holiday camps, and we will be looking into after school club with active for all.

We’ve been using Active for All for my eldest son’s after school clubs for a couple of years now and look forward to using them when my youngest starts school. There is a massive variety of clubs at reasonable prices for which they also allow payment via childcare vouchers.
