Have ordered multiple pairs of gym shorts, short sleeve hoodie, and a hat. Received on time with no issues, products have all been excellent quality. And their collabs are dope. Can’t wait to get some of their Tupac and Muhammad Ali collab stuff. On the pricier end but worth it in my opinion. And it’s black owned and giving back to the black community.

I ordered two item and only one was delivered. I sent at least 4 emails asking about the rest of my order and have yet to receive a response. I was proud to be supporting what I thought was a professional black company, especially with many saying support your own, give your black dollars to your own. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. From now on I will spend my money with whom gives me the best service m.

Have considered purchasing from Actively Black since they launched and decided to give them a try and pre-ordered 2 of the John Carlos hoodies, one for myself and the other as a gift. Too late to give the gift by the way. Looking at these reviews over 70% of reviews are 1 star.. That's a clue. It's been almost 2 months. Delivery was expected in August 2024. Following up Aug 31st I was told via email that their merchandise was received and that my order would go out the following week. I did not receive my order as promised, so I requested on Sept 13th a refund if merchandise is not received by Sept 20th. Today, I now received an email indicating that merchandise was not received from their vendor but that it was coming soon. So, apparently it was a lie on Aug 31st that they received the merchandise and my order was being sent out the following week? Or is it the truth that now the merchandise is in route from vendor or is this just another effort to just buy more time? Whichever, it's bad customer service and at this point I have no trust in doing business with them. I've requested a full refund of $185 to my credit card and will contact my credit card company to file a complaint and assistance in getting my refund, if I don't receive my refund within the next 3 business days. Perhaps the problem is with pre-orders but unfortunately those cute items won't be making their way to me in the future. Broken promises and time to Move on!!!
9/22/24 UPDATE: I received a response from Actively Black and they issued me a refund to my credit card. Therefore, I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 2 star.

Majorly Disappointed
As a consumer and major supporter of Black owned businesses (I am a Black business owner), I'm majorly disappointed in their customer service.
I bought a purse, and in less than a year it started coming apart. This is not a purse I even carry daily, as I'm a huge fan of purses so I switch them out often.
I contacted the company. I never heard back so I reached out again. Finally, I received a brief, rude, short, unapologetic email, that basically said
"Too bad, so sad."
As a Black owned business, and one that works in the publishing industry, I was appalled, disappointed, and a little bit taken aback.
Though I like the look of their products, I will never shop there again. Nor will I recommend them to my clients.

I purchase a bathing suit and they gave me the wrong bottoms. Cool, no problem, just send me what I paid for. Its been over a month and I still haven't received what i paid for. I sent back the incorrect product a month ago. Basically, I lost $100. I asked to escalate this and I want my money back and I haven't heard anything.

I placed an order which never arrived. The post office tracked it down to the last state it was in but it disappeared. I contacted Actively Black who ignored me after I told them I want my money back. I got a lawyer involved and they refunded one of the items I ordered. Not the second one. No explanation. They wouldn't be able to explain how that makes sense. They are crooks and I will never buy anything from them again. Don't do what you will regret!!!
