Good service but poor product
Service and delivery were good but I was quite disappointed with the Oxford double pannier that I bought. The fastening design to the bike rack is weak and the pannier rattles about a lot when riding. The panniers are quite tapered which is a strange design amd means a rucksack won't slide to the bottom of the pannier.
