Our records show that you were contacted on the day of your order to advise that we were currently out of stock and you replied requesting a refund. I can see that the refund request was processed to your card issuer that same day and it is an industry standard that card issuers take longer to process credits than debits.

I ordered a product in a particular colour. Active Outlet wwwwwere prompt to respond that they had run out of stock in that colour and advised me that another was available if I was happy with it. I was. They arrived the next day. I was stunned.
