This is my go-to powder for my cycling bidon. It’s totally stomach friendly and one of the very few I can tolerate.
It’s also brilliant hydration when you have a stomach bug.

I’ve been buying Active root for years, it’s my go to drinking solution for my sport, it helps with cramping, and original is best for me, delivery is great and well packaged.

Use them for long runs at cycling. They are a little strong with a 500ml water bottle so often top up with more ware to dilute.

Great products.
I use the gels and they have a more natural taste and not so much chemical taste compared to other brands.
Never have any stomach problems.

I absolutely love the recovery drinks. Peppermint and ginger, and summer fruits are the ones I go for. I drink it before and after a run, at the gym, and even bring a bottle to work. Can't get enough of it.

Great product that has made my extreme triathlon training easier as I don’t suffer from bloating anymore on the bike when trying to fuel. Products arrive on time and are well packaged!

I’ve been using electrolytes for years from many different brands but those from active root are in my experience, by far the best.
No unpleasant taste, easy to dissolve and easy on the stomach. I never get cramp or leg pains when I use this.

I exclusively use Active Root for all my training. It tastes great, is healthy and perfect for hydration. The peppermint flavour is a particular favourite and is great for calming the stomach and tastes amazing after a hot sweaty run. The powder is good value and delivery is quick. It is easy to get money off vouchers or discount codes at running events or by email. Highly recommended!
