Place an order and nothing arrives and nobody gets in touch even when you send emails.
Scam website I think

No order has appeared, no reply to Email. Why would you send them money, try another firm absolutely any other firm!

It's been a disgraceful service, they take your money straight away and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my order, no one answers the emails and no number to call, if you need an order promptly don't use this company

We have been waiting from March 2026 for Activewear to fulfill two orders. After numerous emails to them we get a general response that our query is being dealt with but still no delivery. We have requested refunds for the two non deliveries but the company is not responding and we are still awaiting an outcome. Do Not Touch This Company - READ THE REVIEWS.

I have been waiting for 4 weeks for my work tunics i ordered I have emailed on numerous occasions it’s bad enough I have to buy my own uniforms in the nhs but the amount of emails I have sent and I have had one replied to
This is disgusting customer service and I paid for express delivery too

Order placed 2 weeks ago for an event that has now passed. Order was placed for a charity group. They replied to my first email but nothing since.
Absolutely disgraceful company!!

Still waiting on my hi vis leg gators i order on June 6th and still nothing and no response to emails

Shocking behaviour I just want the leg gators are a full refund paid extra for amazon courier delivery as well

You cannot leave a zero rating???
I placed an order in May (26th) with an expected 5-7 business days delivery.
Queried 6th June - No response
Queried 9th June - Told the stockists were out of stock but was back in now.
Queried 18th June - No response.
Absolutely disgraceful.

Stay away from this company!!!! Ordered and still not received my order, ignoring all my emails absolute scammers!

Shocking and a scam, do not order from them! I raised a claim through my bank to get my money back! Do not order anything from Activewear Group!!!

So far I have waited 10 days despite paying for express amazon delivery. Its not on when you have customers depending on you! Ive emailed 2 times during this time and heard nothing! Now I regret chosing them to supply the items especially after reading these reviews! Never again

Ordered 3 items on 28th FEBRUARY, have never received this order, have left messages via ordering system and emails via customerservices all of which have gone unanswered.
I have logged into my account and have now seen that my order has disappeared completely.
This was my second order with this company, the first back in 2023 was late delivery but all items did arrive, this time they have just kept my money and do not reply to emails.

Ordered 5 polo shirts on the 2nd June and still waiting.

Failed to respond to multiple emails and i have now asked for a refund.

Wish I’d looked up these reviews before I ordered! Still haven’t received an item I needed for work almost 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive and customer service said it was on it’s way (it’s clearly not) and now haven’t emailed me for over a week, I’ve asked for a refund and they haven’t responded.

I ordered work trousers from this company on May10th . Dont order anything from them as you won't receive your order and you'll most probably lose your money .I would go down there to sort it but it's a bit far .

AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDERS TAKEN AND NOT DISPATCHED. AT FIRST THEY DO THE CONSILITARY EMAILS SAYING SORRY FOR DELAY. AFTER THIS IGNORES REQUESTS TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND ISSUE A REFUND. IS THIS A SCAM CIMPANY?

waited 2 weeks and no order, customer service did reply twice saying that it has been sorted and told me my order would be out soon and offered a discount off my next order (no chance i'm buying from them again!) over a month on and now no replies and no order! do not order from them.

This is one of the worst companies I have brought from they have taken my money
There is no tracking and on sign of order being sent
Tried to contact company and they have can not see order then they stopped responding to my emails
Will have to go through Bank for refund
Very disappointed

Don't use this company. It's a huge scam. They don't ship my order. I've been waiting 3 weeks. Now it's PayPal. They're getting my money back. Big scam.
