This information is then compiled into a worksheet which can be taken to your finance meetings and will provide you with a complete overview of your current costs against the costs moving forward with a new contract. Because we are independent, we are able to offer discounted pricing and cost per copy rates plus we are here to help take the workload away from you and assist throughout the whole process . There are no fees applied for using our services, we are just here to help find you a more competitive deal with a high level of service . All Suppliers we partner with are locally based, so they know the area and surrounding areas very well. In terms of their SLA’s, they offer a 4-hour response time, with 90% + first time fix rates. ACT Solutions role in this side of the partnership is that we would also be a point of contact and would assist and help with any issues that may arise during the new agreement. We help to take that workload away from a busy office environment and have your issues resolved promptly by knowing which departments at our suppliers to go to. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile and like to offer that personal touch. Although ultimately the agreement is between yourself and the supplier, we know that the suppliers we choose to work with will go above and beyond to help you and make sure that all is working as it should be.
