Great products but slow turnaround

Took a week to process the order. It’s now been over a week since processing and still haven’t received my items. Needs to be a quicker turnaround time.

Product is nice. $40 inc shipping.
Price point is ok, for a small business. Look at reducing price, free local postage and better packaging. I love that the bottles are not glass. I love this a lot. I love the basic labels and contrasting colours. Easy to find the one I'm looking for. The "Right" colours on the jar labels. I'm autistic. This is so comforting. Purple is always Salt and Vinger.. Green is Always chicken.
A cardboard small display box 📦 would only cost $0.80 cents and elevate your product. With a card on "Who we are". included with each delivery.
Vista print do an amazing job.
I will definitely buy again when I run out.

We’re so glad you like our seasonings and as for the packaging we’re currently in the process of getting custom boxes and cards. We agree the wait times for some orders have been substantial due to high volume orders combined with low stock. We’re awaiting new packaging for our bottles which will fix this issue. Thank you for the compliments on our labels, we tried to think of the “right” colours and the “right” amount of empty space when creating them. We’re happy you noticed!

I couldn’t get the seasoning to stick…
I couldn’t get the seasoning to stick to the chips I tried it both with sweet potato chips and normal chips. Overall has an okay flavour but need to scrape it from the bottom of plate.

I’ve been so disappointed with supermarket chicken salt. It doesn’t cling to anything, it’s more salt than chicken - it’s just not the experience I remembered when I’d go to the fish and chip shop and ask for chicken salt.
This product brought it all back. This IS true blue Aussie chicken salt.
