In your case, the translator has confirmed that the initial document was uploaded in error, but this was corrected promptly once identified. Just to clarify, AcudocX is a platform that connects customers with certified translators. Translators often ask for specific details—such as names, addresses, or birthplaces—so they can ensure everything is spelled correctly and matches your official documents. With Thai in particular, spelling inconsistencies are common, and small errors can lead to rejections by authorities.

Although your previous translation may have been done in 2022, most translators do not keep client records for longer than a few weeks, as these often contain personal information and are securely deleted for privacy reasons. This is likely why you were asked to re-confirm the details.

We understand it can be frustrating to provide the same information again, especially when the job seems straightforward. But in this case, the translator was simply doing their due diligence to make sure your translation was accurate and acceptable for its intended use.

AcudocX is built to make certified translations faster and easier, and we’re always working on ways to improve. If your experience was with the process or platform itself, we’re happy to help resolve any concerns. If it was solely about a translator's approach, we’ll pass your comments on.

These adjustments are part of our quality control process and are billed transparently when extra translator input is required. Even factoring in another $5 charge, our service is still faster and cheaper than the competition. I hope you'd think about this when considering your review.

Your certified translation was completed within 24 hours, and your translator, Dr Ron Witton, maintained consistent communication with you throughout the process. He provided multiple updates, sent the draft for your review, and even shared his contact details to ensure you could reach him directly if needed.

This wasn’t a case of neglect or delay. Rather, it appears there was a usability issue that we take seriously and are working to improve. However, given the job was completed promptly and the translator remained actively engaged, we feel a 1-star review does not accurately reflect the service provided.
