Great service
I liked the fact I could choose the translator based on their own fee, and there were many options.
It was easy to upload the documents and I got contacted by the translator informing about the progress; the translation was ready within 3 days.

Prompt turn around. Got some cryptic actions allocated to me but sorted by a phone call - web page could have more detail which would have been more self explanatory (label each job sheet to attach relevant docs to)

Unpleasant bugs
A little complicated to use, but especially bugs that waste considerable time when entering the data.
When we finally manage to complete the document, the result of the translation is very good, but it is especially thanks to the person who really translates after.
