We had 2 years of very frustrating experience with AcuGIS - technical problems, wrongly executed updates, blocking the whole system, unstable services, loss of data, extremely poor customer support and ghosting. Now they cancelled our services before the end of the payment period without our confirmation. I will have to seek legal advise on how to proceed with this situation but the least recommendation I can give is - look for another provider, literally any other provider.
I open up a hosted GeoServer1. No tech support! email for weeks no answer. They just want the money.. setup the provision then forget everything.. This company own by Indians? Users are on their own. Very very bad!
I have also been ghosted by this company when in times of need, even after being a long time customer.
I strongly suggest to host yourself or to find another hosting company.

ACUGis seemed promising and certain communications were responded to/followed up really quick, but then some messages were not thoroughly heard and attended to (questions asked were not addressed), which introduced ambiguity, so they did not communicate something was needed from our end. Then when we finally figured it out after a week or two of radio silence, I thought we will have greased the communication, but when the DB migration started, I was promised to be alerted when it finished. It has been now 2 months and no response has arrived back ffrom them. I have opened 2 other tickets to get their attention and quoted the original ticket. Still no response. I am not sure how I deserve to be ignored and not communicated to. I would like some of my company's money reimbursed for deceipt, broken promises and wasted time. We are still a PAYING customer!
The support is terrible. I think it is staffed by a couple of work experience guys. So far they've destroyed our PostGIS instance (no word at all from 'support'). Our Geoserver instance has also disappeared..no response to multiple support requests. Truly terrible. Have given them the benefit of the doubt for a while, but now it's time to move.
