I love all that this app can do, but I find the back end really confusing every time I try to do things. It's not intuitive and things are buried in weird places. I wish there was a way to give feedba... See more

Acuity not aligned with website
It appears that acuity is not intergrated into the square space website and therefore you can't align payments across both platforms.
I also found it difficult to see how it can work for our lecture events where we would need to record:
Atendance from people prebooking via our new squarespace website or by cash at the door or by card at the door.
There are two different payments that we take from members and non-members as they are different costings that I don't see this being executed very efficiently
There are also some attendees who don't pay because they may be the guest speaker or a member of our committee which I don't see being able to be recorded without difficulty
I absolutely loathe acuity
I absolutely loathe acuity. It isn’t user friendly, it never does what I want, it has terrible customer support and it’s expensive.

A great tool!

I've been using Acuity Scheduling for my wine tour business for a few years now. Up time and ease of use for both me and my customers is important and Acuity Scheduling has delivered this. Also, seamless integration with my Squarespace website.

It’s not great for clients in different time zones. I sometimes forget to double check my client’s time zone- it doesn’t always default to it- so there’s a user experience element that could be improved. But then the email reminder doesn’t indicate that the time is my time zone, and I have confused clients.
Also, the whole set up is convoluted, so adjusting language in the automated responses and all the different parts of the process is challenging and hard to stay consistent. Otherwise it works as it should.

Love the ease of scheduling appointments
Love the ease of students booking for themselves.
The only thing I wish it had, was the opportunity for a confirmation email or text to be sent two days or so before hand where the student could confirm or cancel the appointment. I believe this would cut down a large portion of our no shows.
Far too many issues
Far too many issues. Squarespace caused a big problem. logging in issues. Now looking to find another programme unfortunately

It would be great to have 1 day schedule possible.
I would love to sell service that are one day long such as a photobooth (Saturday mainly)
It would be also cool to be able to archive some type of appointment.
Other than that I like it a lot

Good Customer Service + Improvement in UI
The customer service agents are really helpful whenever we need immediate support in the software. So huge kudos to them. Also, the software is really good and helps our business thrive in the field.
The UI of the client emails can still be improved especially in moving/sorting service types. It is too tedious at the moment and requires too much manual labor. It can be simplified for more efficiency.
Its good, but needs improvement
Its good, but somethings bother me. Like the desktop version, its optimized for mobile so some windows are too small to add long text to. Also the login section can be annoying.
This page constantly has problems
This page constantly has problems, randomly logging me out of the app on my phone, when I try to login in and put all my details in the page refreshes it’s an absolute nighy
The only way I survive bridal season.
Honestly, Acuity is an absolute holy grail for my business. As an MUA, booking through DMs is way too messy. This app makes my booking process look just as high-end as my living portfolio. Taking deposits upfront and sending automated reminder texts literally dropped my no-show rate to zero.
