While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. A complete scam company

A complete scam company. Do not use at all. They tried to take us to court to pay for months we did not use after not using their crap service which reports incorrect figures and doesn’t report accurately at all. We clearly didn’t do enough research before as didn’t see this trust pilot but I wish I had! Avoid like the plague.

Honestly would give this zero stars if…

Honestly would give this zero stars if I could. Meaningless pseudo-responses from the app which affect absolutely nothing. If they were trying to design a bot that would frustrate people while being worse than useless, they have succeeded. It repeatedly asks you to resubmit the same information over and over, and cannot understand what you are asking. It cannot understand context fro previous questions and is no better than an early 2000s chat bot. Any business using this must actively despise their customer base.

Dogwater

Dogwater. I've never seen a product so ruthlessly dedicated to wasting a person's time. If ever you have the misfortune of working with a vendor that uses this absolute disgrace in their support, consider switching vendors, and, barring that, find a phone number for them and DO NOT LOSE IT - because I promise you'll never find what you need from anything Ada was trusted to do.

I tried to contact them by their bot

I tried to contact them by their bot, by email, and even LinkedIn because we need a solution that Ada seem to offer. No response on any of the channels.

I was thinking they'd react to Trustpilot but upon reading reviews i'm not so sure anymore.

Exasperating

When an item was missing from my takeaway order, the Ada chatbot advised me to contact the restaurant directly before speaking to their Live Chat service.

The restaurant ignored my request, so I used the Live Chat, as instructed. But the Live Chat helper said I would have needed to contact them within 24 hours, in direct contradiction to the original advice. Since I had given the restaurant three days to respond, Ada said there was nothing they could do to help.

It is so bad!

It is so bad, when i asked it a question about zoom meetings it said "Sorry, that doesn’t look like one of the options. Please pick from the list." and the bot forces you to pick the questions the bot only knows

This is the best and most fun technology that we've implemented for chat deflection and self-help.

We launched our chatbot in March 2020, which was incredibly helpful as the pandemic began to affect our customers. Our chatbot has been able to address nearly 70% of the requests it gets, leaving more of our support agents available to help customers who need more assistance, and Ada seamlessly brings in one of our live agents in Zendesk when the customer needs more help. We can easily make modifications to the bot, and its use of machine learning makes it incredibly easy to quickly get the information we need to out to our customers.

This bot will send you in an endless loop.

This bot will send you in an endless loop. Awful on Tellus and Zoom. I get that zoom is overwhelmed now, but if they need me to come back in 8 hours just tell me and don't end the chat and make me start over agin. Report the expected return time. They reduce customer service calls because the customers leave!

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. They've convinced companies to use it in the name of saved time, but it almost never works well.

I'm pretty sure their statistics show that it reduces the amount of people that end up with their representatives, but that's probably because users get frustrated with it and give up. It made me switch off of Telus just so I don't have to deal with this crap bot.

Is this the future of customer service? Yikes!

Tried the Ada chatbot on Telus website and it was terrible. Bad enough to make me want to write a review about it. Give me a human all the time over this chatbot beast. What a waste of time. It's dumber than a 2 year old kid.
