False promises, no support, no response

Their webinar seemed really good and they talked like they had a lot of stuff set up already. I purchased their system and it was far below the promise. A number of features they highlighted weren't even available. They said you could get your first client within 72 hours and their team would help make that happen. Not only were things insufficient to do that but their team didn't even respond to my request in their support group for over a week and only after I complained via email. I've requested a refund and gotten absolutely no response from them since.

Buyer beware, the fox guards the henhouse…

I bought Adacertify on a webinar in early November 2025. I had a stroke in 2023 and had to shut down my business. I am getting a little better, but not walking yet.
I now realize how hard being disabled was, and started looking for a way to start making a living again, and found Adacertify.
I joined their webinar and after asking if the nearly$400 was yearly or lifetime, i bought after being I was told lifetime. When I got my receipt I saw it said yearly, then I went to their site and was surprised to find that none of the companies listed had their software on the site.
After asking for a refund for misrepresenting their product, all I got was no.
I never suspected that those who are sworn to protect the disabled would prey on the disabled.
UPDATE::::
I have continually asked for a refund, and to this day, they have denied it. I have not used nor logged into the dashboard.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience — Finally a Real ADA Solution

I’ve tried other ADA tools in the past, but most of them were just overlays that didn’t actually fix anything. I could never find alt text options or properly check my audit results, so nothing ever really improved on my site.
When I discovered ADA Certify, it was a completely different experience. I was finally able to add alt text to all the images on my website, and the scan showed me every ADA violation clearly. Their AI tool also guided me step-by-step on how to fix each issue, and I love that I could choose to do it myself or contact one of their ADA-certify experts to fix it for me.
Overall, it’s been an amazing tool, simple, transparent, and actually effective. Definitely worth trying if you want real accessibility improvements and not just an overlay.
