Ordered water feature on Wednesday, showed up at my front door on Friday. Excellent quality construction! A very nice piece of four dimensional art for my home that will provide a calming, relaxing ambiance for years. Would recommend this company and product to everyone!

The fountain is high quality and…
The fountain is high quality and customer service is a 5. The 2 things I did not like and should be fixed are when sliding in the back of the harmony river center mount there is no locking mechanism to prevent it from wiggling around. Also the light hood also just sits on top of the top of the glass without a locking or clipping mechanism.

Buy better quality lights on Amazon!
I had a very poor experience with this product ant adagio water features. We have several of their fountains and we love them very much. However, this is only one light, even though it says it is several lights (plural) on their website. I called to see if it could be returned, and long story short, it could not be.
Although we have spent so much money with them and their fountains, they were unable to provide any assistance to me in regards to sending an additional light or accepting a refund.
If you search on Amazon, you can get several of these lights for a much better rate and that is exactly what we did and it worked perfectly.
Highly recommended adagio water features for their water fountains, but not the lightbulbs.

The website is so easy to order from with so options to choose from such as a style of feature, you would like many options and colors of stones to choose from after ordering I received it very quickly and the instructions assemble an amount to the wall were very clear and easy to follow. We ordered the Adagio Serene Waters
We ordered the Adagio Serene Waters. It arrived very well packaged and easy to set up. We absolutely love it and cannot recommend it enough. From unboxing to running took about an hour. We watched the installation videos and they explained everything. We had zero issues and have not had any issues since installation about 4 weeks ago.

Company was great
Company was great, although your requirement (though understandable) to open package and inspect for damage before acknowledging receipt was met with great resistance from our normally pleasant Fed Ex driver. He was having none of it! As I caught him at the door with my box cutter at the ready so as to not delay him, he literally said NOPE!, snapped his pic as proof of delivery, and ran. I understand your policy to open and inspect as I have previously received 2 pumps from other vendors with broken discharge, but your policy to "open and inspect while the driver is still there" clearly conflicts with FedEx policy. I think the previously friendly driver now hates me!

Fast and efficient
Needed the bottom section for a dual panel waterfall I purchased 13 years ago.
They actually had my original purchase invoice from that time. Were able to set me up with the matching piece I needed and had it shipped to me within seven days. 👍🏼

Gorgeous Water Feature
This local company makes a great product and stands behind their work. Crissy has been a tremendous help with getting exactly what I needed to get the water feature up and running in my restaurant. Its a gorgeous piece in the main dining room and customers love it. Highly recommend.
