He promised during a free initial online meeting to help me with my children's passport applications and the process of clarifying my Swedish citizenship. Although I paid his invoice right away and sent him a form of authority, nothing happened. After a couple of months of chasing, he refunded me the money and apologised; he also offered to do the work pro bono, which I declined.
