Getting back into training after a back injury!

I started training with Adam, due to a back injury that I just couldn't get rid off. After an introduction call and an in person assessment, I received a personalized online plan from Adam, tailored to my needs. Withing the last three months my back has gotten so much stronger better and I am finally confident again to train at full capacity.

Adam is very knowledgeable and makes sure my goals and capacity to train aligned with each other.

Having a PT like Adam has made all the difference in my training journey and I couldn't recommend him more.

Adam is a great personal trainer with…

Adam is a great personal trainer with lots of knowledge. Adam is very Motivational in his approach. If you have any injuries he’s very good at finding the route of the problem. I would highly recommend Adam to all my friends and family!

Adam’s Resistance band

The band was delivered quickly and is really good quality, Adam’s video gave me a range of exercises I could try at home, great service.
