We purchased a beautiful bath from Adamsez a few years ago and recently needed to have a replacement due to an issue with it. Dealing with the team at Adamsez and in particular Shaun Thompson who picked up the communication even though it wasn't really his job, has been brilliant. They have gone out of their way to not only honour the lifetime guarantee of the bath without quibble, but to provide some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. It is currently on order and waiting for delivery. Thank you so much for reducing the stress of a hugely stressful situation.

I asked Adamsez to supply me with a replacement seal for my shower screen. They did this straight away without fuss in a well protected package which DPD mutilated breaking the seal, They sent a replacement immediately but DPD broke that too, Most companies would have abandoned it and told us to complain to DPD but Adamsez persisted and sent an incredibly well protected replacement including a lovely gift as compensation for any inconvenience.
I would like to thank their customer service representative Emily Wilson for an exceptionally customer focused approach - she is an excellent ambassador for Adamsez.
I just wish DPD took as much care!
