We sold a property and purchased one through Adamskaye. The team dealing with our case (Paul, Ben and Claudia) were extremely efficient. They responded to our emails in matter of couple of hours. Ben took the time to speak to us over the phone and answered our questions patiently. We were so lucky to have this team on our side! It was a pleasure working with this team and we will choose Adamskaye again in the future.

Adams Kaye looked after the conveyancing for our recent property purchase. We dealt with Paul Adams and he was efficient, communicative and the whole process went incredible smoothly. For the level of service we got, they were very reasonably priced. Their pricing structure was clear from the outset, no hidden costs etc. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would certainly use them again

Adam Kaye were my conveyancer for my first property purchase. I had the best experience with them. They handled every little detail of the process diligently and with due care. They took client care to the next level and made my home purchase extremely smooth and free of major issues. Huge huge thank you to Kelly Sutton who was our solicitor during my husband and I’s most recent home purchase. From start to finish Kelly went above and beyond to make sure things were running smoothly and to help us when needed. She was always on hand to answer any questions and super speedy to reply to emails (literally within 10 minutes!). Kelly was extremely efficient throughout the whole process and we really cannot thank her enough. The sale itself had a few plot twists to say the least but we always knew we were in very safe hands with Kelly. Would 100% recommend!!

I literally can't express enough how much I think anyone who is buying a house should choose Adams Kaye. Very affordable and work incredibly hard! We put an offer in for a house late-ish October and we completed early February. It would have been sooner had we not been slow with getting a surveyor!

Everyone we worked with completed tasks quickly and effectively. Our main point of contact, Ryan, worked TIRELESSLY to help make the process smooth and easy. It became something of a joke between my fiance and me after I sent an email to him - 'Watch as a reply comes within ten minutes!' Often, he replied just a minute after I sent an email!
