Excellent response on telephone

Excellent response on telephone , the lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. The item was promptly sent by post. The lady put my mind to rest by stating that I could return the product (toilet plinth) if it was not suitable.

Item is fairly expensive BUT it's great quality, you get what you pay for ........
