Adco is the best! Reordering product is quick, easy, and hassle free!

Our organization has been a customer of Adco Marketing for about 15 years, and I've sent several others their way. They supply us with all of our promotional items, branded apparel, and any other special items we need. If you don't know where to start or exactly what you're looking for, just give them a call and reach out. Even though they're based states away from us, it almost feels like we're neighbors, because of their amazing customer service, friendliness, and communication. They have the best expertise on current trends for each type of audience, and they won't steer you wrong and work well with your budget. When our organization attends job fairs and numerous other conferences where promo items are needed, our "swag" is always super popular! Also, family businesses are important to support. You'll feel so great about choosing Adco for all of your promotional materials and apparel. :)

After posting a review on 12/03/19, I was contacted by Bernard Donohue at Adco. We were able to determine where the errors were made and Bernard worked feverishly to fix those issues. He was pleasant and easy to work with, as always. His genuine care and concern to repair what was wrong really meant a lot to me. Because of the great customer service shown by Bernard, I am happy to say my company will continue to reach out to him for our future marketing needs.

Also, the prior years, I received much more than the 5% "error" items; closer to 10%. Tom made certain 1) I covered possible loss by ordering more; and 2) the vendors made less than 2-3% errors!
