Thank you for your assistance. I contacted you immediately and promptly took action by writing to TFL that deleted my PHV license by error. Within three days, the issue was resolved, and I was able to resume my work. I strongly encourage other Uber, Bolt, drivers to join the platform, as it provides a safety net and constant communication through calls. Thank you again for your support.

I just want to say a big thank you to ADCU union for all the help and support they’ve given me over the years. They’ve been there for me on several occasions—most recently when I had an issue with TFL for my PCO license—and every time, they’ve handled things with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. It’s such a relief knowing they’ve got my back, and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Highly recommend to any fellow drivers out there.

This was the experience that I had with the support team of the London branch

I would like to share my thoughts with you guys how amazing and helpful ADCU is.

They helped me to pass the SERU ( Safety, equality and regulatory understanding) assessment test from TFL ( Transport for London).

ADCU does weekly training courses for its members and it was a turning point for me to pass the test. I am glad they did and I am thankful for that. I scored 94%..

Also I can not describe in words how amazing ADCU was to me as they helped me to get back quite quickly my renewed private hire license due to TFL backlog delays.. without them for sure it would take much longer
