Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we have had a few problems with our phone system which has caused some difficulties for customers trying to contact us. I can only apologise and advise that we have been working hard to rectify this.
I can see that you ordered a Saddler Emily Purse in Purple. Is it still in its original packaging? If so then we will of course be happy to exchange this for a black one for you. Unfortunately we will not be able to do this until after Christmas now as we are now closed due to family commitments.
We will be able to despatch your replacement on 6th January so if you are able to return the original one ahead of this date that would be great. Rest assured we are always happy to replace any item which is returned in the original packaging.

From checking your order details it was placed online on Sunday evening 11th December. You paid for a standard 4-5 day delivery, however, due to the current issues with Royal Mail and the knock on impact this has had on the workload for other couriers along with the general surge in demand at Christmas, your order was shipped on a first class. delivery by us to ensure you got your order in good time. Our system sent an electronic confirmation of order on Sunday and also emailed confirmation of shipping with tracking details on Monday morning at 10am. At 8:40am on 14th December the system also emailed the email address on your order to notify that your order was out for delivery. I wonder if the emails were filtered by your spam settings and ended up in your junk file? It does sound like Evri did not put a note through your door advising that they had left your parcel in a safe place, which they should have done and for this we apologise. A Great Firm to buy from
This is a great firm. When my package was not delivered by Evri, Helen at Addabow responded to my e mail promptly and sent out a replacement.They changed to carrier dpd and my parcel was delivered efficiently and quickly. The products were wrapped in tissue and well packaged. They were able to provide a gift that was out of stock or overpriced everywhere else I looked. Would thoroughly recommend.
