Would just like to express how …disgusting addidas are

Would just like to express how disgusting addidas are. I was in a queue to buy the man United 92 shoes. The size I wanted were in my basket and they wouldn’t let me check out due to their verification system - I had to go through 100”s of pages of clicking on street signs and they then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t buy the shoes I had picked even though they were in my basket? So where did they go? Disgusting service will never buy addidas again

Appalling customer Service

Ordered an item for Christmas on the 13th. Have had no update or communication since. Called there customer services department today and was shocked and appalled at there complete lack customer care. They talk over you, won't help you, won't put you through to a manager. They don't know where my order is but won't refund me because it's somewhere in the UK! I spent 3 hrs today attempting to find my order and got no where! Addidas do not care about there customers!!!

Addressed parcel wrong and hopeless customer service

My parcel did not arrive, so after contacting the customer services and getting no reply for 3 days, I tracked the parcel down myself and found that it was help in Coventry because there was no house number on the parcel.

It was not possible to track my parcel from my mobile as it just redirected me to a German DHL site.
I would have like to answer Addidas' questionnaire, but that did not work either - tried several browsers.

Overall pretty dismal service - don't think I will be ordering from that site again.

USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Placed an order online, selected wrong size (my error), telephoned as soon as CS lines opened, (~15 mins after placing order) to try to have the order changed or cancelled.

Advised this could not be done as the order was already being processed by the warehouse. Working as a CS manager for an online business I find this incredibly hard to believe.

Solution offered by Addidas, when UPS arrive with my order in 3-5 days time I should refuse it. It will be returned to the Addidas warehouse and a full refund will be processed in due course. No time frame available as to how long this will take.

This seems like an incredible waste of time, for warehouse staff, admin, accounts and UPS when applying a simple update would have saved all the trouble and resulted in a happy customer.

Instead Addidas have a very unhappy customer, who now has to wait for the wrong size shoes to arrive in 3-5 days only to refuse the delivery and then wait for days, weeks or months, who knows! for a refund.

Bottom line Addidas have my €65 and I have nothing except a bad experience.

I will not be using Addidas online again and in fact based on this dreadful experience I probably won't be purchasing Addidas as a brand again.
