Customer service is dreadful, if you have problems with your systems or need new equipment installing it is impossible to speak with them. The tracking system is quite good if all working smoothly. Would not recommend to anyone.
If you are a small company avoid like the plague.
They are very quick to take your money. The equipment is mediocre at best, fitted by engineers that have no issue breaking your vehicles. Your account manager will change weekly as the turnover of staff is beyond belief. The system could land a spaceship on the moon but still you cannot access the basics quickly. When you have an issue you are passed from pillar to post. Job after job is created then closed even though nothing has ever been done.
