products was good. the delivery absolutely awful. he didn’t even come by my house he chucked it outside my front door the box was all split everything fell out and it was all on the floor outside my house on a busy street where anyone could of picked it up and took it, no attempt to knock or anything just chucked it so it all split and went everywhere in the soaking rain aswell so was all soaked

Received a used and returned item
Ordered a hairdryer as a Christmas gift, and the hairdryer has arrived with missing attachments and scratches on the hairdryer head. Presumably a return. I have emailed customer service.
Update 04/12 - potential Adel customers, please ignore the reply from Adel below saying that this has now been resolved. I have yet to hear back from Adel. If TrustPilot responder or customer service could reply to me and advise how this has been resolved then that would be great.
