I am really satisfied with the result, I thank the members of the staff, whether the medical staff, the administration and the assistant translator Mrs. Maryem.

If you are looking for receiving a hair transplant company, look no more! I am amazed at the results, but above anything, it was the treatment I received while there! I was truly treated like royalty.

The hair tech docs:
Absolutely the most patient and best guys to do the procedure. I had a personal issue to take care of and they did not mind waiting on me. They were very careful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the surgery. I don't recall ever seeing them not smile. They treated me so good, I am eternally grateful! I will never forget their kindness!

My driver:
My driver ILHAN went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Not only did he transport me when needed, he even made sure I made it to my hotel room safely after the procedure. He wouldn't let me carry my bags anytime I had them with me. Due to a medical condition I have, I have to eat a well balanced diet otherwise my body begins to freeze. I didn't eat before surgery and though the facility provided me dinner, by the end of my surgery I was freezing cold. ILHAN was kind of enough to get a blow dryer minutes after the surgery to help me regain warmth back in my body. He also brought me a drink and muffin to help me get my sugar back up. I didn't expect the driver to do more than just get me back and forth between the hotel and procedures. His kindness touched the depth of my soul.

My translator:
I now call him my friend. IBRAHIM knew English very well. In fact, he is the best English speaking translator I have ever met. He was amazing all around. He kept me informed of every step that was going to be taken. He answered all my questions and was super patient with me. He was the middle man between me and most of the people working there. I could not have asked for a better translator.

The facility:
All staff were all super friendly and the facility was super clean. My experience alone with the amazing people I met there was worth the money spent, with or without the surgery. I highly recommend this facility to every person looking for a hair transplant.

I like to say this clinic has the best quality service at a reasonable good price among all other clinics in Turkey. If I could give more than 5 stars I will. They have been helping me up and down from my arrival day through the last days of staying in Turkey. I felt more welcomed like home and offered the best service possible. The two well-experienced surgeons did an amazing job taking maximum grafts from the donor area and plant professionally to the top of my head. The interpreter Ibrahim has been so helpful in explaining clearly all instructions and translating during my surgery and the two well-mannered drivers Zafar and Ilham for taking care of all my transportation needs driving safe to the clinic and to the hotel. The lady in the finance department even helped me set up an appointment with a dentist in a tight schedule day. Overall, I’m happy with my surgery and can’t wait for my result.

I went to a hair transplant clinic and it is too early to talk about the results of the transplant. I was 100% satisfied with the work of the staff. The work of the coordinators, drivers, doctors of the clinic are at a high level. Well done guys👍
