I ordered 2 pans, no issue but when come to have a conversation with customer service is very hard, you have to wait way too long and this is not right they also tried to complicate your situation in relate your order, when you explain i would like to create a return....better buy somewhere rather than Alexa

I did not expect that

I got a new combi oven (2/3) by the italian ECA.
The first time I turn it on to try (how it cooks, etc) the fan at the back (the ventilation) stop working. I let the oven cool down and saw that it totally stuck.
I inform the company.
They said (after a week telephones) that they can fix it but I have to pay for the technitian...
Since I do not want to invest a single croner in this oven I asked them to stop.
Stop all the "effort" to help me (!!!)
So, yes do not buy before you know how they will "help you" in case of emergency.

We have been using a old equipment and had to change to something new, then we get to know about them. I called them and they helped me choose what I was looking. and rest is a treat.

Never buy anything from this company

We ordered a metal tall wardrobe that came after a very long waiting time completely destroyed, they replied to first emails about managing the return of item, we filled out needed paperwork for return and then silence, since June we are trying to get it exchanged or refunded, they ignore every single email written to them, very, very poor customer service and overall attitude

I ordered 3 shelving units from Adexa

I ordered 3 shelving units from Adexa, missed the first delivery, and paid £24 for re-delivery. However, I only received one shelf. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but their customer service either gives copy-paste replies or doesn’t respond at all.

When they did reply, they claimed my order only included one unit, which is not true—I have proof that I paid for 3. They’ve made no effort to resolve the issue or even properly look into it.

28 Days Later - Still Nothing _ SCAM

I bought this item Monday, 30/6/25
2 weeks later - still no Communication or updates, after opening case on Adexa website as no phone customer service or email reply
Opened case with Monzo, Mastercard & officially reported to the Chartered Trading Standards Institute
Finally got response, asked order to be canceled and refunded, as its not been processed or shipped - They refused to do so
We are now on the 25/7/2025 , we are now 26 Days from purchase, got a tracking number, but parcel hasn't even been picked up (been chasing for past 4 days)
Still haven't received parcel, other than tracking number on email which does work, I called the carrier who said the item hasn't been picked up waiting on Adexa
If item was in stock, customer for 3 days Shipping! How is it possible that 26 days later still I haven't received what I paid for

I bought rostfritt pank and it get roasted after 3 Months ,,,keep away from those scammers and save your money.
After a send them email they said rostfritt I doesn't mean thet they will not getting rost.

SCAMMERS

By far one of the worst companies ever . Full of thieves . Sends you damaged and faulty items then blames you for not checking it . How can this baseless terms and condition have any value when they send danger goods from their warehouse knowingly and when the customer complained they pretend it never happened and tries to scam customers out of their pocket by saying we will deduct 20% plus £120 delivery fee . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM . THEY SEND YOU FAULTY AND DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT GIVING A THOUGHT ABOUT CUSTOMERS TIME & MONEY!

Waited 10 days for a toaster

Waited 10 days for a toaster, that in itself is unacceptable, for internal post.Then opened the perfect looking box, no damage. I take the toaster out, and it's damaged on one side.Crushed in or buckled. Be interesting to see how this company handles this.
