Not recommend this brand

Not recommend this brand. Watches was send from China, not from UK. They sent it by some delivery company, where I paid more than half (1600 CZK) of watches price for taxes, and there was a complicated customs process. After that process, I found they sent me a bad quality watches - with defects on Milanese strap, which are visible on the top of the strap - near watches case. Adexe support wrote me, that I can send it back to Adexe, but it was unacceptable for me, because they don't want to pay any post fees. It was'nt my fault, that they sent me bad quality product, so why I should pay more for post fees and customs fees 1600 CZK for nothing? Adexe doesn't want to sent me another Milanese strap for free (yes, for free, because it was not my fault, they sent me bad quality product). So, that is the reason why I will never order Adexe watches anymore... BYE.

UPDATE FOR ADEXE REPLY:
Yes, but if I return it, you will not return me taxes and delivery company fees I already paid. The only problem was with a Milanese strap, and you don't want to solve it by the right way. ..because I don't want to pay 1600 CZK (taxes and delivery company fees) for nothing.. but you don't want to understand this situation.. and yes, that strap you sent me has defects.. As I wrote - it is not my fault that you sent me Milanese strap with visible defects...

I have carried out some internal investigation and confirm your order was shipped from HONG KONG instead of U.K. due to the logistics situation we had during covid period and we did mention this change before your order was placed in our 'DELIVERY & RETURN" page. In regards to the customs fee, we unfortunately do not have control over the amount charged and also mentioned it is the customer's responsibility for this fee. Last but not least, from the picture you sent us, we did not see any manufacturing defects on the product, hence unable to cover the return fee but we were more than happy to issue a refund should the watch was returned within 30 days at your own cost. https://bit.ly/cs2018303

Great watch, great price, great service!

I ordered a watch online after seeing in GQ - Normally I wouldn't do that but it looked so good and reasonably priced.
Communication was good and watch arrived on time and with great packaging.
Looked as good as in the picture.
Then when I had a question about the watch they have this really helpful video feedback tool where you can video a question and get sent a video reply which really helped.
So all in all very satisfied.

haven't received my package since 3/23

I ordered an item on March 23th. By then, it said the delivery would take about 5~14 days. However, until today, May 7th, I haven't received the package. The delivery tracking system was poor that I couldn't keep track of my package. Speechless.

Thx for the sincere apology. I feel much better right now. There's a problem that l can't track my package on the website of Taiwan Post with the original tracking number. I would like to ask for the number for tracking my package in Taiwan, thank you so much.

Complimentary international delivery takes around 7 - 14 working days but due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we did point out on top of our Delivery & Return page that delays will occur due to shortage of ADEXE staff as well as flights. According to the tracking, your parcel left the U.K. on 22nd April so I believe it will be with you shortly. Tracking information can be found on the official Taiwan Post website with the same U.K. tracking we provided.

I am very sorry that you have not received the watch. As explained in our email conversation, we sent a replacement as soon as you informed us that Royal Mail lost the parcel about 2 weeks ago. The new parcel is on the way and it is still within the international delivery time frame (7 - 14 working days). We are also keeping an eye on the delivery status :)

Dear something miss

Dear,
I really like the appearance of this watch. There are two straps that can be changed. The only thing is that I opened the box and found that there is a small part missing. I think it might be a tool for changing the strap, maybe forgot when packaging.

The watch is beautiful

The watch is beautiful. It arrived to Slovakia after a week. The package contained an additional brown leather strap and instruments for replacing straps. The main Milanese mesh strap is easily adjustable. The instruction manual, however, does not explain how to do it, so I needed to find some instructions on web.

Adexe watches - highly recommended

I saw an Adexe watch in a GQ article and really liked the look. Delivery was very quick and the packaging looked sharp. The watch is lovely - slim, sleek, stylish. I love the fact that they come with 2 straps and the tool to help change them, because it makes the watch more versatile. The straps appear to be good quality soft leather (I only say ‘appear’ because time will tell how quickly they wear). Overall, an excellent watch and purchase experience.

My wrist was too thin

My wrist was too thin, less than 170mm, and I had to punch an unperfect hole in the wristband. Overall, I very like this style watch.
