A positive experience

I am writing as so many reviews here are negative and my experience was mostly positive. I found the circles and squares test very tiring but informative. The depth and breadth of the questions was also helpful. No other test had asked me about school reports, which again, were indicative of a problen that was never picked up. As a mature adult I am not about to go and see a psychiatrist for a formal diagnosis so £12.49 was a cheap way to assist with informal confirmation of what I suspected. I will just quietly make changes to my life to help me in areas that have always been a struggle. It has helped me to make sense of my life in retrospect. I will admit it was a little hard to find the results once I paid for them but once I did I printed them off immediately in case they disappeared. Maybe this is feedback the company behind the tests could take on board.

Waste of time (and probably money)

Spent 15 minutes looking at circles and squares, toughing it out thinking I'd get actual results at the end.

Only for it to tell me AFTER I DID IT that I have to pay $25 CAD to find out. 15 minutes of my life I'll never get back. And I'm sure they prey on that too, betting on you paying so your time isn't wasted. Disgusting.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! They asked for $1 for test results. They charged me $1, but then there was a seperate charge for $30 that they never mentioned. Just a crooked company. Results weren't worth $1 nevermind $31!

Good test. Room for improvement. The test was different from all the…

The test was different from all the other tests i took. It had new and different methods to test one's mind. But, i believe it has the same vagueness all the other tests have. Because what happens inside my mind isn't always what i do. I learned to have strong self control. Even though i always want to do and feel like doing the stereotypical adhd actions, i stop myself. And i read somewhere that adhd can actually make someone's skills better at some things, like video games or gymnastics. So one with ADHD can in fact have good attention if they learn how. I did learn how to control myself but i still want to do the opposite of what i do inside my head. Needless to mention the mess i constantly have inside my head. Even though i find it very hard to focus on things like homework, i taught myself to force my mind into focusing. It takes some time for me to be able to focus but i do it in the end. Briefly, i loved how detailed the test was. But i believe it could be more specific with it's questions and have more versatile tests because the first test does not really apply on all ADHD people. I believe including more questions about what's happening inside one's mind in certain situations vs what they actually do would be very benificial. In the end, i'm not a profesional, but i read A LOT about different faces of ADHD. My point is, ADHD people can focus on things when they want to (example of people with ADHD: simone biles/ the american swimmer Philpps), the first test really made me want to focus as much as i can but even when i was taking it i couldn't help but create a rythm, something like a ringing bell or so in my mind whenever i saw a shape. And i found myself often looking at how much time was left and what time it was now and my mind went on various little trips when i was taking the test. The test did help me understand myself a bit more so thank you so much for making it! I really loved it but there's room for improvement in my opinion. Cause i am a person with diagnosed ADHD, yet the test showed i was "average". Looking forward to taking it again after a while! Sorry for the long review. Thank you again.

The assessment is free, the results are not.

Their website homepage makes no mention that they intend to charge for the assessment result, nor do they indicate this when clicking start assessment on the lengthy assessment. Disreputable company using a .org domain which is intended for non profit and non commercial organisations.

Hidden cost

Spent ages doing the test, but then they suddenly ask you to pay £10 to get the results. Why is this cost not up front? Why do they hide it until after you have invested 20 mins doing the test? And the first part of the test was really stressful. Not to be trusted.

Nothing to demonstrate expectation of payment prior to doing test/front page of website etc. after 25 minutes of doing the test. Then you have to pay!! I had committed the time so felt I had to pay (but I hate the dirty tactics!)
