Worst! Don’t mention 1-2 days delivery if you cannot commit on time to customer purchase aug 1 until now its been 6days! Still no feedback when i will recieve my shoe! Worst! Worst! Even your callcenter is worst! The chat also worst! Commited 100% they said will be deliver tomorrow, then no one deliver or even got a message from courier they they will say 100% tomorrow… are this commitment are also scripted? WORST!!!!!!!!?i rebook a ticket already because they promise me to be deliver but nothing no delivery made… if this is available in store i will take it but its just available online! It’s inconceivable how such a big brand has no consideration for the customer and don’t take any action to solve a very simple return.
I have returned 3 items and they only refunded 1.
I have purchased the correct sizes and they charged me twice.

Request all adidas brand lovers beware of adidas.ae online buying , they are selling inferior products and if you send email they will collect the products thro Shipa (their courier partner) but after that they will never reply to your emails or refund , A real unprofessionals and fraudulent company, Firmly believe they are trained to cheat online customers, pretty sure #BjornGulden (CEO) ,#ArthurHold,#MartinShankland #HarmOhlmeyer#AmandaRajkumar etc are aware this modus operandi

I bought a pair of adidas pants from Adidas UAE. The pair of pants had a defect and despite that I went through a headache with adidas. i sent emails regarding the issue that went unanswered. When I at last contacted them, they asked me to print a label such that the return will be free. So on top of receiving a defect item, they didn’t even have the courtesy to come and pick up the item and issue a refund as a normal store would do! Never shopping at adidas UAE again!
