Never ever buy anything from Adidas
Never ever buy anything from Adidas. Especially in amsterdam kalverstraat. Bought spezial for a while ago and approximately wore them 15-20 times. Then i realised there was a small damage on the side of the shoe. They told me that was users mistake even if did not hit or rub it anywhere. I’ll never buy anything from this company and urge everyone to do the same. There are much better options at least supports their customer after sales as well. Go for Nike, UA, NB or anything else but not for Adidas. Such a shame they are getting worse as it is being rumoured
Overall pretty nice quality and service.
Ordered multiple items online, no outlet price on the ordered track suit, full price for the track suit. Track suit pants arrived with weird fold, less elastic right trunk near groin, as if heavy object was placed a long time on underlying laces damaging the functional fabric. Looks imbalanced (right side more baggy). Or maybe item was pre owned and sent back earlier, the annoying permanent fold mark seems around where the laces sit. Return was quick, as was money back. Got good items as well and Adidas ships items in a box which is a big plus.

Ive returned a month ago and still they didnt give me my money back, also the delivery was too too long, very bad experience

They take to much time to send it to delivery! Do not trust in their dates.
Thieves!!!
Thieves!!!! took money but one item was an empty box!!! Customer services must be aware looking at the number of similar complaints on trustpilot, but don’t care enough about customer service or their reputation to investigate and put measures into ensure items are not removed after a postal sticker has been printed.

I have ordered a jacket with my football team crest, but have received a jacket with a totally different one. I have wrote to them and even after two weeks, i don't even have an answer beside 'we still have no updates from the claim department'. I wish i have read the reviews before I placed the order

Don't order from them online they are scammers. It is not even a normal company. They will just scam your money. If anyone wants to sue them, I would love to join.
They sent me a dirty dress but didn't admit it was damaged by them. Also, customer support is terrible they just closed my case and said I didn't answer their messages 😕. (You can guess I answered)
Alert!!
Alert!!! Take care!!!!
Scammers, scammers, scammers!!!!
adidas The Netherlands scammers are stealing the products from the returned packages!
Afterwards they blame you for “sending them the empty package “ full of paper and want to charge you for that!
How low intelligent I can be to do such a stupid thing???!!!
Report! Report! Report!
cunsuwijzer.
Update: Cunsuwijzer. couldn’t do much for me as a private person, they will open the case against some company if there are many complaints about the regulation in work. So I submitted the complaint against adidas Nederland and we all should do the same!
Because adidas Nederland received the package from me, it was not lost,
the all cost of missing products is on me as a customer! I need to pay for it. I couldn’t do anything about that. I have had a legal assistant, but he was not able to help even I have had the proof from the PostNL how much the package was weighted, because the package arrived to adidasnwarehouse empty.
If you as a potential customer reading this, please stay away from adidas Nederland
Nobody would think that there is someone stealing the products from the returned packages and nobody cares!
The Adidas online store sent me pants
The Adidas online store sent me pants: "Tiro Bukse" of shitty quality, they can't exchange them for the same ones because they don't have that size. Adidas wants me to do the repairs at my own expense because Adidas is only willing to pay a small part of the repair of the pants. The Adidas company violates consumer protection laws, that is, it spits on its customers, and is cynically proud of the fact that the Adidas company doesn't give a damn about compliance with the consumer protection law.
Avoid Adidas! Horrible customer service!!!
My son bought a pair of shoes in the US, they started breaking after 2 uses, contacted the NL branch they told me to go to the US customer service which i did, the US is tells me to go back to NL, no one wants to take responsibility. I have been doing this for the past 2 weeks! Have gone back and forth 3 times now!! Am fed up!!! If we would have known that they don’t have worldwide customer service we would never have bought these shoes!!! Am so disappointed!!!
wrong product received
I won a draw in adidas confirmed, limited item.
I received wrong product and my only option was to return it, no option to get the ordered item.
Edit:
I got an email few days later.
It was internal mistake, they were very sorry, I got the money back and after quite a long time... which is understandable as its limited product, I received the right shirt - for free. I was pleasantly surprised and I very much appreciate the effort to fix the mistake.
From now on I'm buying only adidas! xD
Not so great experience to be honest
Not so great experience to be honest. Did not meet my expectations
Shady business practices and meaningless guarantee policies
I had recently had a somewhat unbelievable experience with Adidas.NL, I would expect such a large international company to value their customer relationships but in the past several month I have learned this is not the case. I have found them to be an untrustworthy company and their customer service is dismissive, unhelpful and uninformative. They don't comply with their own guarantee policy for products (quality for up to 12 months from the purchase date). I purchased two pairs of Gazelle shoes, and both fell apart in less than 8 months. When I tried to reach out for a warranty claim, they agreed it was a problem and requested I send the shoes back, I did this, the normal refund time is apparently 14 days once they receive the shoes. They then requested my bank details. Now in the 2+ months I have heard nothing helpful from them and when I have inquired about what is going on and when I will be refunded they respond my case is being looked into with no follow up (for 2 months).
Missteps with Stan Smith Sneakers
Adidas, a brand I once held in high regard, has managed to squander my loyalty over the course of two decades. As a devoted customer who consistently purchased their Stan Smith sneakers, I valued the clean, minimal design and the quality leather that characterized these shoes.
However, my allegiance has been shattered by the company's recent decisions. They've chosen to discontinue making the Stan Smith sneakers from leather, opting for plastic materials instead and labeling them as "vegan." This shift not only results in wear and tear issues but also goes against the idea of sustainability, as plastic isn't an environmentally friendly choice.
Adding insult to injury, Adidas has reintroduced the Stan Smith in leather, but with a twist that reeks of opportunism. These sneakers are now touted as a "luxury" item, commanding exorbitant prices and featuring limited availability. It's clear that Adidas is trying to capitalize on the legacy of an iconic shoe by pricing out loyal, long-time customers like me.
This entire ordeal has left a bitter taste in my mouth. The once-beloved Stan Smith sneakers, known for their classic appeal and quality, have been tainted by misguided decisions and corporate greed. Regrettably, Adidas has lost a dedicated customer who will now be seeking leather sneakers elsewhere, mourning the demise of an iconic footwear choice.
Misleading and disrespectful
1 star as no other option but much worse than that.... Never felt so disrespected, misled and lied to by a recruiter ! It is NOT ok to treat anyone like this. It can affect people in different ways and knock their confidence whilst looking for a new job. So disappointing for a worldwide known brand like Adidas.
I applied for a position and the EA reached out to me asking to schedule a call. He was very informal and not very proactive nor professional. I then was told that the call was great and that I would receive an email on the day with more information, names and details on both positions (another one had opened the day before). A week later, I gave him a gentle nudge and said that I was looking forward to hearing from him about all the details. I did not hear back. A couple of weeks later, I emailed him again to say that if the position had been filled or if he wasn't interested in proceeding with me then to let me know. Funnily enough, he replied straight away and mentioned that he had the flu the week before and was just back in the office. I, once again, was promised an email on that day. Obviously, it goes without saying that I haven't heard back since and it has been another 2/3 weeks. Why is it so difficult to be honest nowadays and say things as they are insteading of misleading any human being like this. If this is the culture and the values of Adidas, I will happily withdraw my application!
Adidas sent me a box with a missing product
I ordered a pant and a pair of shoes but the shoes were not in the box when I picked them up from the pickup location. Adidas didn't care about my situation. Even the pickup location employer was ready to write a letter to indicate the situation. Adidas told me our system shows everything is perfect. They got my 120 euros but they didn't send me my shoes. Also, the website is terrible. According to the company approach, they can send me an empty box and there is nothing to do. Customer service was so rude as well.
Bye bye Adidas 🤮
No respect for women
They have no respect for women. Having men model women’s clothes. Just disgusting! p
