Big lie! Customer service in adidas is lying to you regarding the ordered item. They are blame you that you weren't home when the parcel arrived. But this is a lie ! They just coulden send the item on time. Insted they write you information that they contact you before delivery and you wasn't home! That’s lie because the parcel is stil in Oslo 650km away from my home. No one contact me and no one was with package in front of my home !

Two pairs of ADIDAS beach shoes fell apart after 10 days of use. ADIDAS customer service does not refund money. ADIDAS refuses to give me the opportunity to return the defective goods and get a refund.
I assume that the customer service staff are inadequate characters who are clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as they ask me mocking questions that I have answered before.
DO NOT BUY ADIDAS products as this is a gathering of inadequate swindlers, crooks and manipulators.

Terrible customer service. Unbelievable for Norway. You will not get your rights. The tactics are that their representative will answer couple of times in WhatsApp chat and disappear although there is still 5-6 hours till the end of working day. The next day you will start all over again. They do not know their own policy. You will hear different answers from different representatives and you will not be able to solve anything as the representative will disappear around 2 pm and no one else will reply to you until you write them again. It has been a week and they just playing around about exchange/refund, apologising for misunderstanding and inconvenience and dissapearing. What you have is a defective item and 0 solution from their side. Impossible to reach an end. Maybe this is what they need: no customer= no problem. Fortunately there is Forbrukerrådet.

Worst customer support I have ever faced. The support team is extremely rude and seems like they are only there to read back a script.
Ordered pair of shoes and they delivered it to wrong post nord shop that never even exists.

Their website and ordering process needs improvement!
Before making an order, I added my current address to my profile on the Adidas website. Then I ordered the shoes. It didn't ask me for any address which is OK. But then they sent the shoes to an old address, which is not even listed on my Adidas profile/page.

I just got my NMD and Adidas shirts and they're very awesome. I'm giving you 4 stars because I haven't fully tested them and the shipping was kinda slow. They say it's home delivery but it was never delivered at my place. Kinda disappointing. But overall, I'm happy with Adidas. Hope you have more sale promos in the future. I'd definitely reorder!
