Nothing to do with the Products but the appalling service.

This is the second time Hermes didn't deliver my order on time - only this time it's even worse as it has been over a week and my parcel is still missing. Hermes UK wouldn't give me any information where my order is as I have been told to contact Adidas, who is acting extremely slow. My complaints remain unanswered and my parcel is still missing.

As a big international company, Adidas chooses to ignore all the complaints regarding Hermes, stubbornly insists to use the most appalling delivery service by them is utterly dis-respectful to the customers. I will not shop at adiassepcialtysports again until my case is resolved properly and more importantly, until they find a better delivery courier.

Order cancelled without request

My order was never delivered through their terrible courier, Hermes.co.uk.

My order was subsequently cancelled and a refund issued despite me asking for it to be "re-delivered" and a new address supplied.

The products are good but I wont be using them again.
