Your service should implement stronger…

Your service should implement stronger security controls to prevent scammers from posing as official representatives.
Unfortunately, a fraudulent individual contacted me under the appearance of your service, which caused financial harm and required my bank to block my card.
Clear warnings, verified contact channels, and stricter agent validation would significantly improve customer trust and safety.
