Kind, helpful, and understanding.
So everyone I've talked to is very nice and very accommodating. I feel like they were very helpful in helping me understand what the company is about. Also what they can do for me. I had never heard of a IQ and didn't even know there was a company that would help boost me on socials and Google and stuff. I felt very comfortable talking with them. I will say that the person doing the onboarding was going a little faster than what I wanted at first. She was very nice and very understanding when I asked her to slow down but I think she was assuming I understood/new more than I did. But I'm not very good with technology so I had to slow her down and give her a couple things. So not so much something she did issue just I needed her to slow down and she did that for me. So I very thankful for her taking their time to slowly explain me and hold my hand and walk me through tip toe by tiptoe, what was going to happen and what they were going to do for me.
