I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I’ve had so far. I had requested a foreclosure letter to close my loan account, but it has been almost 15 days, and I still have not received it.
Generating a foreclosure letter, whether through manual or system calculation, typically takes no more than 15 minutes. I fail to understand why this process is being unnecessarily delayed.
