Amazing treatment session with Christine. Felt like a new person afterwards. She listened to my needs and adjusted as necessary. I have been praising her to everyone who will listen since.

I booked the Swedish massage as a birthday treat and it was absolutely fantastic. Very relaxing!

Christine was bloomin amazing. I had an Indian head massage and a Swedish body massage after feeling a deep tissue was going to be a little to intense for me. I’m quite sure I fell asleep on numerous occasions. What a treat and thank you so much!

Christine listened to my issues and explained what she was going too do, continued asking if the pressure was ok.

Had the most wonderful Indian Head massage with Christine. Very relaxing and Christine worked wonders with my aches and pains.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Ben having been recommended by a friend.
Ben worked on all the areas I had an issue with & found another that I wasn't aware if!

I found him both personable & professional.

The West Bridgford massage room was very clean & comfortable as expected.

I have rebooked for another massage in a month's time, at Beeston as it is closer to home.

I had an amazing pregnancy massage with Christine yesterday. I went in with a sore back and hips being 36 weeks pregnant, and I felt well and truly looked after. I would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit here and will certainly be back. Calm atmosphere as you wait. All staff that I saw were friendly and smiley. Christine made me feel at ease and gave an excellent massage.

First time at Adjust West Bridgford booked an appointment due to a back problem. Appointment was with Gem who I was very impressed by she took time to discuss my issues and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. Would highly recommend Gem, before leaving booked a second appointment.

I felt great benefit from the massage particularly as I have a history of neck issues. Christine's massage techniques were excellent and were very helpful in making me feel relaxed. Booked in for a pregnancy massage, my original masseuse was unwell so the day before I contacted and booked under a new therapist for a little later on the same day as my original appointment. Christine was brilliant, she took the time to understand what I needed and it was an hour of total me time. I enjoyed it so much and felt so relaxed after it, I've booked again for 3 weeks time! My treat to myself for the last few months of pregnancy.

Definitely deserves 5 stars. Martin was very attentive and experienced in helping sort with my stiff neck and shoulder which was giving me a constant headache. Felt the difference instantly. Highly recommended
