Had a wonderful Deep Tissue with Christine who made me feel completely at ease straight away. The massage was great with great pressure and came away feeling like it had really done the job. Have just booked my husband in to go next week and I’ll be returning to try an Indian Head Massage. Easy to find location, very clean and comfortable. Some parking available onsite but plenty on the roads surrounding. Thanks!

I recently booked in for a Sports Massage as I was experiencing lack of movement, pain and stiffness in my Upper Arms and Neck. Following a full consultation regarding my condition, Bart, expertly provided my options and then professionally dealt with the problems. I have to say that I have seen a marked improvement in my mobility in just a few days. Highly recommended service and gets my full approval!

First ever Indian Head massage with Christine who did a great job. Christine asked if there was anything in particular that needed focusing on and I felt loads better after the hour.
Rebooked for another one in a month’s time.
Recommend anyone to give it a go if you haven’t tried it before and Christine is great at talking you through it.

A Swedish (with some deep tissue) massage with Christine is what my body has been crying out for for ages. Highly recommended. Friendly, professional and effective.

My first visit. Basic rooms but the massage with Molly was great. She consulted my needs and I really felt the benefit of the Swedish massage. Molly found 2 particular areas that needed focusing on and worked on them and I really felt the benefit afterwards. I have booked 2 more appointments with her over the next few weeks. 4 stars only because the environment could be improved.

Back massage with Christine, this was my third massage with Christine at Adjust Massage in Chilwell. She is lovely, puts you at ease straightaway and has helped to reduce achy back, shoulders, arms and neck that had been getting more annoying for the last couple of years. I’ll be going back to help ward off the ravages of office work 😉. I highly recommend.

I had an Indian Head Massage, which also involved neck and shoulder treatment, which made a difference in the tenseness I had in my shoulders before the massasge. Sarah was my therapist; she was professional, helpful, friendly, and the treatment room had a very relaxing atmosphere. I shall certainly have another massage, and recommend Adjust to friends and family.

I had a great Swedish massage at Adjust Massage. Christine was delightful and understood my intent with the massage and what I wished to receive out of it. An excellent massage. Strong and effective treatment which helped to relieve the effects of a broken ankle in my lower back and hips.

The therapist was very professional, explained what she was doing and advised on some rotator cuff exercises. The deep tissue massage has helped to ease some of my neck and upper back pain/stiffness.
