this is the 2nd time i,ve used adlers services.a while back i ordered a batch of pens to give out to my customers and they were lovely.real quality.great gift..i,m still using mine now.this time i,ve just ordered a batch of the irredecent pens,i was sent a sample of one.again it was lovely quality.a friendly,polite chap named joost took my order.very polite and efficient,i,m looking forward to recieving my new batch of pens..i,ll have plenty of smiling customers,well i always give credit where it,s due,especially as business is tough at moment and adlers products have been great,smart pens and real quality..i will certainly use them again.

I received a phone call from Farah today about my stationary needs. She was super helpful and pointed out some products that maybe a better fit to the ones I normally buy. She was helpful with ideas on what was needed on the products and how to place it. In the end the call dealt with everything I needed.
