I m very happy with this platform.. but while recharging my live account I credited money from non personal accounts only because network and software problem in my bank... While withdrawal they asked me to pay profit income tax 30% of that... I paid that also after that when I apply to withdraw then after 24 hours they asked me to pay extra 20%deposit amount towards security bcoz of transaction done through non personal accounts... Is it fair?
Of course transaction is done by non personal account but at the time of approval of withdrawal request.. Verification of account holder and his id should verify...... Instead customer service people said must pay 20% security deposit .... Hw about this.... I m in trouble... related official should help in this regard.

Terrible experience. A broker coming from Admiral likes to shouted, not professional, like to compliant, but didn't told me what should I do to withdraw my funds. He can only shouted:" create an account! Don't you understand English...", terrible client experience, unbelivable.!!! By now I hasn't received any guideline in my email box to withdraw my funds.

This has been the most frustrating experience of my trading. Their customer service is horrible and takes several days to respond. They don't have any type of live chat so you are not receiving answers real time. They have NOT released my funds from trading. I made my trades in Late October 2023 and still don't have my funds!
